Are you the ops lead who absorbed IT as their business grew?, the founder who ended up responsible for every laptop, every account, and every renewal? or the team manager who got handed "just sort out IT" along with everything else on your plate? We're here for you. ## Why We Launched Equipped We've spent 30+ years working in and alongside UK SMEs, and in the last 10 years, we increasingly seen the same thing. The person running IT was usually the Office Manager, the Head of Ops or a Co-founder, doing it on top of their actual job, with a spreadsheet and a lot of goodwill. The tools that that could solve their problems have typically been priced and designed for companies with a large IT department. We wanted to bring the same capability to businesses with no IT, or a lean IT team - all explained in plain English, with someone in the UK to call when you need them. ![photo-of-the-Equipped-founders](https://equippedtoscale.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PXL_20231204_153649601.PORTRAIT.jpg?width=2000&name=PXL_20231204_153649601.PORTRAIT.jpg) ![Primo-logo](https://equippedtoscale.com/hubfs/media_1efe472bec3127a35896ed35a114a6176c301bc57.jpeg) ## Powered By Primo The platform behind Equipped is built by Primo, a European IT platform used by companies including Skello, Attio and Factorial. They build the technology, and we handle the UK side: setup, support, billing in pounds and contracts under English law. ## Who We Are & What We Care About - Explaining things to you in plain English - Telling you straight if we're not the right fit - Picking up the phone when you call ![photo-of-Austin-Awadzi](https://equippedtoscale.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PXL_20231204_152913041.PORTRAIT.jpg?width=2000&name=PXL_20231204_152913041.PORTRAIT.jpg) Austin Awadzi - Co-founder ![Photo-of-Augi-Woo](https://equippedtoscale.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PXL_20231204_152515796.PORTRAIT.jpg?width=2000&name=PXL_20231204_152515796.PORTRAIT.jpg) Augi Woo - Co-founder ## Ready to get started?
