No. Equipped is designed specifically for people who aren't IT professionals. The setup wizard walks you through every step, and our onboarding team is available to help at no extra cost. ### How long does it actually take? Most customers complete initial setup in a few days. The device enrolment piece is often the most surprising part. People expect it to take longer. ### What if I'm already using a spreadsheet or another tool? Equipped can import from spreadsheets directly. If you're using another asset management tool, our team can help with migration. Most transitions are complete within a few days. ### What support is available during setup? Our team is always available for you - from initial onboarding assistance to any questions or queries you may have at any stage of your Equipped journey.
